How We Transformed Hyundai’s Website to Meet International Standards

Hyundai Auto Georgia has been a key player in the Georgian automotive market since 1997, partnering with Hyundai Motor Company.
Over the years, they have expanded significantly, becoming Hyundai’s largest dealership in Europe and growing their team to 80 employees.
The company is also known for its commitment to corporate social responsibility, particularly in supporting Georgian sports and youth basketball development.

Since May of 2024, our partnership with Hyundai has been built on a shared commitment to innovation, driving forward cutting-edge digital solutions.
Main Challenges and Goals
- Hyundai offers a wide range of vehicles, and structuring this information in an engaging and user-friendly way was a key challenge.
- We needed to follow Hyundai’s global branding guidelines while incorporating our signature design intelligence.

Project Timeline and Management
This project was executed in five phases:
- Concept & Planning – Understanding Hyundai’s vision and structuring the content approach.
- Design – Taking Hyundai’s global branding guidelines and applying our unique touch while ensuring flexibility.
- Development – Creating a website with custom functionalities to enhance user experience.
- Content Integration – More than just adding text, we carefully structured information for better readability and flow.
- Approval – Hyundai Europe approved the design and structure of the website, which means that international standards were implemented.
- Launch – Final testing, approvals, and go-live.
Design Concept
When crafting the design, we set out to strike the perfect balance between Hyundai’s established branding and a fresh, engaging user experience. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to elevate them with a modern, user-centric approach.
Drawing inspiration from other Hyundai websites, we reimagined key functionalities to better fit the needs of this project. Rather than simply replicating existing elements, we refined and enhanced them, ensuring a seamless fusion of familiarity and innovation.
To make the experience even more dynamic, we introduced new design elements that not only enriched the visual appeal but also improved usability. The layout was built for flexibility, allowing content blocks to be effortlessly rearranged across multiple pages.
Overcoming Challenges
Structuring the vast amount of content required extensive research and the application of UX best practices to ensure logical organization.
The design had to strike a balance between creativity and Hyundai’s strict branding guidelines, which required careful adjustments and refinements.
Development involved integrating highly flexible blocks and interactive features, such as 360-degree vehicle views, interior feature highlights, and wheel quick links.
Additionally, implementing multiple forms like call an agent, book a service, test drive requests, and various integrations such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Chat, Cookie Policy compliance, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Hotjar was a complex task that required precise execution.
Despite these challenges, our experience and innovative approach ensured a seamless outcome.

Performance and Security
To optimize performance, we implemented advanced caching techniques, database optimizations, and performance monitoring tools to enhance load times and user experience.
For security, we used two-factor authentication, passkeys, IP blocking, and automated security scans twice daily to detect vulnerabilities. Secure SSL/TLS protocols were enforced to encrypt interactions and protect user data.
Post-Launch Support
We are currently providing free post-launch support, but Hyundai Auto Georgia has already expressed interest in a long-term collaboration, including ongoing SEO and digital marketing services.
