House Uni is a modern residential project developed by the Georgian-Estonian partnership between Arci and FIRST TELECOM TRADING. Since 2013, the companies have focused on building urban residential complexes rather than single homes.

House Uni continues this legacy by offering thoughtfully designed living environments that combine housing, commercial, and public spaces in a cohesive urban framework.

The overarching goal is to create a high-quality, integrated urban lifestyle accessible to residents throughout Georgia.

The House Uni website had to serve as a digital gateway to a complex real estate offering, providing users with clear access to apartment details, availability, and tools for making informed decisions.

Several key challenges were identified from the start:

Solution

To meet the goals, we built a custom, conversion-friendly WordPress platform designed specifically for real estate exploration and digital lead generation.


Here’s how we tackled each of the challenges:

Visual navigation across complex data

The platform had to allow users to select buildings, floors, and individual apartments through interactive rendering, offering a simple and intuitive experience without overwhelming them.

Apartment exploration made visual

We created a rendered navigation system allowing users to explore blocks, floors, and units, view prices in USD based on National Bank rates, and download plans in PDF. Project status and completion timelines are clearly displayed.

Sales-focused user flow

From apartment exploration to reservation, the user journey had to be optimized to convert visitors into leads, with mechanisms in place for collecting user and apartment data during business hours.

Lead generation integration

A prominent call-to-action function was implemented to gather user and apartment data. Pop-up messages and “hot offers” on the homepage boosted engagement at key points.

High-volume information presentation

Despite a large amount of project information, pricing, and layout options, the user interface needed to remain clean, fast, and easy to navigate.

Minimalist Interface Design

We designed a minimalist, performance-optimized interface that prioritized clarity and speed. Content was structured hierarchically, ensuring users could reach apartment data in just a few clicks.

Marketing tools and multilingual access

To support sales and marketing efforts, the website had to integrate with tools like Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics while also providing a multilingual interface for wider reach.

Backend optimization and performance

Despite its complexity, the website was designed to be lightweight, fast, and secure – optimized for regional users with varied internet access. A user-friendly admin panel allows the client to independently manage all updates, without requiring technical training.
