We have a vacancy for a Business Development Associate in our business development team.

Work mode: Remote. Physical meetings with the team and partners as needed. Active participation in relevant events is also required.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour break).

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based bonus scheme.

Accountability: Business Development Lead.

Objective of the vacant position:
The aim of the position is to facilitate business development through generating potential leads and establishing partnerships.

Key responsibilities:
— Communicate with representatives of target industries in accordance with the business development strategy. Organize and manage meetings, collaborate with stakeholders.
— Identify potential partners, find contacts, explore collaboration opportunities
— Identify the needs of potential partners and participate in preparing tailored proposals.
— Attend various events and establish partnership contacts.
— Proactive collaboration in product/service development.
— Reporting to the business development team.

Skills/Abilities:
— Proactive communication.
— Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships.
— Persuasive communication skills.
— Agility and diplomacy.
— Presentation skills.

Required qualifications:
— Verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
— Proficiency in English at least at B2 level.
— Familiarity with digital technologies.
— Experience with office software.

Preferred qualifications:
— Experience with CRM systems.
— Experience in market research.
— Experience in sales and business development.
