ISET was established in 2006 with support from the World Bank and international donors to bring world-class economic education to Georgia. Over the years, it has grown into the leading institution in the South Caucasus, now offering Bachelor’s and Finance Master’s programs alongside its flagship Master’s in Economics.

Main Problems

As the institution expanded, so did the complexity of its website. Key challenges included:

• Disorganized content across multiple programs and research activities
• Difficult navigation for students, faculty, and partners
• Outdated application process lacking user-friendliness and administrative efficiency

How We Solved It

We restructured the website around user needs, ensuring that each audience could easily access relevant information. A fully custom design was created based on ISET’s brand, balancing academic professionalism with modern usability.

We developed a streamlined application system – simple for students to complete, and efficient for the administration to manage. The backend was built using a flexible WordPress setup, with a focus on intuitive content management, performance, and security.

Throughout the project, we combined structured planning with iterative feedback cycles to ensure alignment with ISET’s goals. SEO migration and redirects were carefully handled to maintain search visibility.
