Established in 2006 with World Bank support, ISET has become the South Caucasus’s leading economics institution. As it expanded its programs and research, the website became disorganized, hard to navigate, and inefficient—particularly around the application process. We addressed this by redesigning the site around user needs, creating a clean, brand-aligned interface and an intuitive structure that makes content easy to find for students, faculty, and partners. A custom-built application system now streamlines the process for both users and administrators. The backend, developed on WordPress, prioritizes flexibility, performance, and security. We ensured a smooth SEO migration and maintained search visibility during the domain transition. The result is a modern, user-friendly site with integrated forms, a simplified admin panel, and consistently positive feedback from users. Post-launch, we continue to provide technical support to help ISET maintain and evolve its digital presence.
